Chrisstin is a SoCal native and knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in the dental field. Growing up with parents who had irrational fears about dentistry—but never having had a negative experience herself—Chrisstin made it her mission to help children overcome similar fears and feel safe at the dentist. She returned to school as a young adult and became a Registered Dental Assistant. Throughout her career, she has worked across nearly every dental specialty both as a Registered Dental Assistant and Office Manager, with a special passion for pediatrics and orthodontics. Chrisstin values her dental team like family and is dedicated to fostering a healthy, positive team environment. Outside the office, Chrisstin is deeply involved in her community. She serves on her local Police Chief’s Advisory Board and she volunteers for her daughter’s high school marching band where she currently serves as the vice president of the booster organization. She’s also a proud mom to a son serving in the military, a daughter-in-law, and a cherished grandson.

Krystal is originally from San Diego but has called Irvine home for over five years—though she still jokes that she’s “new to the area.” With more than a decade of experience in pediatric dentistry, Krystal brings a gentle, expert touch to caring for children during their dental visits. Her favorite part of the job is the variety each day brings—and, of course, the hilarious things kids say. Outside the office, Krystal is a coffee enthusiast who enjoys discovering new local spots. She also loves spending time with her dog, Noodle, at the dog park and tackling intense workouts at the gym with her husband.

Nicole grew up in Brea, CA, and pursued a career in dental assisting shortly after graduating high school. She began her journey at Growing Smiles, where she worked for several years before briefly stepping away from the field—only to return with the same passion and dedication she started with. Nicole is a highly versatile member of the team, known for her adaptability and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel well cared for and supported during every visit. Outside the office, Nicole is a proud “boy mom” and can often be found at the baseball or football fields with her sons and husband. She also has a soft spot for dandelions, which hold a special place in her heart.

Alyssa is a Southern California native who was raised in the Lakewood/Long Beach area, where she still resides. However, her heart belongs to Havasu, AZ—where you can often find her relaxing by the pool or lakeside with her parents. Alyssa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Dental Assisting and brings both skill and empathy to her work every day. Having gone through her own dental experiences, Alyssa has made it her mission to ensure each patient feels as comfortable and cared for as possible. She has a natural talent for connecting with patients who need a little extra TLC and takes pride in helping them feel at ease during their visit. Outside of the office, Alyssa is an animal lover—especially dogs—and has even been known to take her coworkers’ pups on walks or to the dog park. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, water sports, and discovering new coffee spots.

Veronica is a proud Southern California native who grew up in Santa Ana. She entered the dental field after considering it an interesting career path—and quickly discovered it was the perfect fit. With over four years of experience, Veronica is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient. She’s a fast learner and is always looking for ways to grow in her role and enhance patient care. Her favorite part of the job is helping patients with dental anxiety gradually feel more comfortable and confident during their visits. Outside the office, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out with her coworkers, who she considers an extension of her dental family.

Meghan is originally from Lakewood, CA, and has called Huntington Beach home for over a decade. With more than five years of experience in the dental field, she finds joy and excitement in every aspect of her work. Meghan’s favorite part of her job is seeing the smiles on her patients’ faces after a positive appointment—moments that continue to fuel her passion for dentistry. Outside of the office, Meghan loves spending quality time with her family. She’s a proud mom of twin boys and can often be found cheering them on at their various sporting events. She also enjoys relaxing at the beach and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Saray, affectionately known as Sarah, is a proud Southern California native who grew up in Santa Ana, CA. She began her dental career in 2021 and officially entered the dental field in 2023. As a dedicated and bilingual dental assistant, Saray is passionate about helping younger patients overcome dental anxiety, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every visit. Outside the office, Saray enjoys staying active and connected to nature—whether it's playing soccer, gardening, or hiking in the early mornings. She also values spending quality time with her family, which keeps her grounded and inspired in both her personal and professional life.
